Bot Fanatics is an AI consultancy run by Lysander Cuevas and Jean De Lassé. We find where a business is losing money (work done by hand, leads nobody answers, being invisible in search and AI answers) and then we build the fix ourselves.
Founder
Four years in the US Army on EOD, the bomb squad. You don't get to say "probably fine" in that job, and it's still how work gets checked here: nothing is done until it's measured.
Lysander taught himself SEO, AI search, web builds and agent building. He scopes every project and does the search and site work by hand.

Jean runs the engineering. He leads the custom software, CRMs, AI agents and integrations, and builds the bespoke work alongside Lysander.
How it started
Bot Fanatics started as a chatbot shop. Then AI got useful for a lot more than chat, and search changed under everyone at the same time. We followed the problem instead of defending the product.
Most clients still find us the old way, through someone we already work for.
